The Odisha SC & ST Employees Welfare
Coordination Council

We aim to promote knowledge, education, and socio-economic development among our members and the SC and ST communities, while ensuring constitutional safeguards, representation, and cultural development to drive social reform and a classless, casteless society.

The employees belonging to the S.Cs and S.Ts may become the members of the Council.

Lifetime Subscription

There shall be life members on payment of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only at a time to the Council and the life members shall be eligible to participate as State Council Members at the time of election.
